Christmas Red Holiday Look

Happy Tuesday beauties!

We are officially one week away from Christmas and I can’t believe it’s here so soon! This year the holiday season has felt like it has come and gone so quickly! Probably because we have had a lot of other things happening this season.

I wanted to share this super festive Christmas look with y’all, it’s great for a party or even Christmas day! The dress is from Old Navy, marked down to $17 and I paired it with black heels from Target and a fun black bag from Banana Republic, and topped it off with some vintage earrings and fun cuff bracelet. This dress just screams Christmas and can definitely be perfect for the office, with flats, or maybe even tights and super sparkly shoes! I just knew I had to share it with you guys before the holidays ended!

Next week will be busy for us between Christmas, traveling, my birthday, my mom’s birthday, New Year’s and our anniversary, December is our busiest month, that’s for sure! We are already setting goals for 2019 and really making strides with planning our wedding! I’ll be getting some posts together for you for all those things too!

For now I hope you have the most wonderful Christmas next week and will catch up with y’all the second half of the week!

Perfect Plum Party Look

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I’m shot some holiday looks recently and wanted to start sharing them since now is the time all your holiday parties and festivities are happening! Right? So to start off I’m going more subtle holiday with this plum dress from Bealls, that’s right Bealls. How fun is this dress? Simple with some fun detail up top making it a little sexy but still great for a work party! This look would even be cute with tights and booties for the office! Overall a super classy look for any occasion and can be paired with tons of different accessories, which is a plus!

I paired this look with my go to black pumps from Target! These babies are my perfect black heel and I need like 5 more pairs. for jewelry I used simple earrings with a fun bracelet both from Dillard’s clearance jewelry sale last Black Friday and a vintage clutch from a hole in the wall boutique to go with our metallic accessory vibe that’s happening!

I can’t wait to share more holiday inspired looks with you all! What are your go to looks for holiday parties and festivities? Let me know in the comments below!

Classic Fall Style with Loft

Happy Wednesday lovelies!

I have another fall look for y’all! This one reminds me of horse back riding with the high neck and tie detail on the top and the blazer with chic elbow pads this look has all the details! This entire look is from Loft minus the shoes! These leggings are amazing, super comfy but also look more like pants than leggings, a big plus for the office! Again the top has fabulous details and can be worn with jeans for a more casual look. The blazer is a staple piece to have in your closet and this one is perfect especially for this Florida weather! It’s more of a sweater material but has the structure of a heavier jacket along with great details again would be great with jeans or even a skirt.

These pieces are great investment pieces and great mix and match items which are worth every penny. For me personally I tend to sway more towards classic timeless pieces and only purchase a few trendy pieces because the classic pieces will always be in style and a better idea to invest in.

What are your must have pieces in your closet? What do you invest in? Let me know!

The Perfect Shoe...For Everyone with Shoes of Prey

Ya'll know I love a good pair of shoes! It's no secret that my closet is filled with every kind of shoes and no lie the line from the movie, In Her Shoes about how clothes don't always look good but shoes always fit is everything! I will never turn away from shoes! Growing up however I always hated my feet, I have a wide foot and finding shoes was a struggle when I was a kid. Even to this day in most brands I have to size up a half size to make up for my wide foot. So I must admit when I saw the range of sizes and widths from Shoes of Prey I had heart eyes!

Shoes of Prey allows you to design and personalize your own shoes! Really, how cool is that?! Like I mentioned they offer extended shoe sizes, US 2-15 and in narrow, wide, and extra wide widths in most styles! I created a super girly pair of heels in the style Ives 70 designed with White Nappa Leather and Rose Gold Metallic Leather, they are what dreams are made of! I just love that you are in charge of every detail in your custom made shoes! They are also so comfortable and beautifully made and packaged! The box, the wrapping, every detail is stunning!  Want your own pair of custom shoes? Click here to check out Shoes of Prey plus I have a coupon code (LARAMIE) for free custom inscription in your new shoes, I put the name of my blog as my inscription in my custom beauties!

Summer Night Out

Summer is probably my favorite season next to spring not only for the beach days and fun trips but the fashion! I love the bright colors and fun accessories. Summer is a time to be playful and just have fun and what better way to do that than with your wardrobe? Am I right?! Some of my best memories and fashion moments have definitely been in the summer time which is why I'm so excited to share this look with ya'll!

Date night usually consist of myself wearing skinny jeans and a cute (usually black or white) top and wedges. So I've decided to switch it up a bit, with the FL sunshine as hot as ever you don't need an excuse to wear a sundress. This is one of my go to's for summer, yes I know it has long sleeves but this dress is the lightest most breathable cotton and the sleeves eliminate having to bring a sweater to happy hour or the movies. I added the fun pineapple clutch for that fun summer touch and some nude wedges that are the most comfortable things ever, and with a fiance who's over 6 ft. tall I tend to sway towards wedges when I can (short girl here).

You can find the dress and clutch at Old Navy and the wedges at Nordstrom Rack, but currently tons of places have cute sun dresses and wedges, including Target, Loft, and TJ Maxx! I've linked these pieces below for you to shop the look!

Let me know what you think of this look and what you like to wear on a date night in the summer time!!

T-Shirt Shop Series Take 2: Look 2

In case you haven't noticed pineapples are still a huge trend and this look embodies the pineapple and foiled trends that are currently happening. In the last T-Shirt Shop Series I brought you another pineapple look that was more bold, unlike this one that is more toned down. This has been one of my go to looks this summer especially on Sundays when I'm running around doing errands. You can't get more simple than jeans and T-shirt like I've said many times before but it's true and throw on a hat and it's the ultimate laid back look perfect for busy days! Like always pieces will be linked below and let me know if you love pineapples or a different current trend!

T-Shirt Shop Series Take 2: Look 1

You all loved the T-shirt Shop Series earlier this year and asked me to bring it back, so here it is! Summer is coming to a close but let's face it here in Florida I'll be wearing T-shirts for a few more months as the temps are still high. I recently visited my hometown of Sarasota, FL and while I was there we made a trip to The Ringling Museum. **Side not if you have never been definitely make a trip and visit this museum, it's one of my favorite places in SRQ and the art is unreal!** Anyways back to our look, the museum is huge and has several different parts both inside and outside, regardless you do a lot of walking. Lots of walking calls for a cute and comfortable outfit especially when outside in the heat. So of course my go to was a cute T and some denim shorts and printed sneakers all from my favorite, Old Navy. The museum is on the water so my t-shirt has a fun saying on it to give the outfit something fun! I will link everything below for you guys! Let me know what your current favorite t-shirts are and where you like to shop!

Summer Lovin'

With the official end of summer only a few weeks away of course we are hitting the beach and pool as much as we can! Even though we live in Florida and the summer heat will continue for a few more months for us our state will soon be home to the snowbirds and part time Floridians again, not just us locals.

We ran away to my hometown a few weekends ago for a special post I'm in the process of creating and hit Longboat Key Saturday evening for golden hour. The heat was worth it for the view at the end of the beach with some beautiful breeze and driftwood! Sarasota as most of you know holds a special place in my heart, it's my hometown. Even though it is not my current zipcode, it is my favorite place and where I truly feel at home. I am someone that needs to live by water, not hours but minutes away. Water and the beach really feed my soul and put me at peace like nothing else.

Needless to say this was one of my favorite places to shoot and the look is exactly, me just a cute top and jeans on the beach, there is no place I rather be. I wanted to give you all a fun summer look that still keeps our summer vibes with color as well as relaxed with the ripped jeans, very Florida. I hope you love it!

Where do you call home, and why do you love it?
